The RLS Pulley Mk II (with installation / removal tool) is now available in 2.8" size!

The Mk II is available in: 3.1", 3.0", 2.9" and now 2.8" diameters.

The 2.8" will be shipping in about 14 days.

What is the recommended size to retain reliability of street/track driving yet squeeze out the safest amount of additional HP from the SC + Engine with a tune but no change in internals?

With the RLS Intercooler, 3.1" is perfect w/ the OEM tune. I even ran 3.0" with OEM tune & RLS Intercooler on my S220, but that is right at the edge of needing an ECU tune SO I only recommend the 3.1" on the OEM the, and that is with the RLS Intercooler.

Do you know if any of them can be run with the Koldfire 270 tune? Or is anyone doing so?

I'm told that TurboPhil can tweak whatever you require, give him a shout. I spoke to him at PRI this last weekend. Tell him I said hello.

For anything less than 3.0, do you recommend larger injectors as well for the 220 folks?

3.0" is right on the edge where you could benefit from 550cc injectors. Anything less than 3.0" injectors require 550cc injectors.

Thanks; deciding between 2.9 - 3.1 with supporting mods & tune for a CA car. The research continues.

As long as the pulley is new in the packaging, you will receive full credit when it is received by us.

Looks like we received the pulley. Please re-send the e-mail as it must be lost in the shuffle.
