Can somebody List the Lotus 7/Caterham knockoffs?

Can someone list all the companies that make Lotus 7-type cars and knock-offs available in the US?

Whether kit cars or delivered assembled?

Thanks,

Doesnt westfield deliver kits to the US? They are quite good.

Otherwise look for a Caterham (the real thing...)

Some of the known ones in the EU are, Luego; Tiger; Dax; VM; Sylva; locost ect.

I'm driving a Westfield at the moment - more go-kart like than an Elise (and a long way from practical!!)

Yup, like you've taken a wrong turn on the kart cirquit... I traded mine in for an Elise at the end of last year. Mine was a 1990 narrow westfield in the prisoner colours..

The Irmscher 7 is missing on that list.

They build them 15 minutes from where I live...

Lotus 7 style kits

Birkin in South Africa make a great kit, but then again, I'm somewhat biased.

+1

The Birkin kit is good. I'm looking for a Birkin with a blacktop in it. Did you take yours with you when you went to australia? or were you there and imported one?

If you cant get a caterham then the birkin is the next best from what i have seen...

'06 111R with Endless MX72 brake pads front and rear and Lotus Driving Academy 1:1 tuition from Martin Donnelly.
Birkin race car
'75 SP1600 Beetle: 1776 engine with engel 110 cam, 40-35 valves, high ratio rockers, pertronix ignition, duel 40 webers, remote oil cooler, disc brakes!
