I am shocked that everybody says this is the best looking exhaust for the Elige yet no one wants to step up and purchase 1 now? Come on guys.... I'm buying 2 and already have 1 on my car.

I have one of these on my NA exige and absolutely love it. I'd consider getting a spare in case my current one blows as I'm going supercharged soon. Can someone speak to how likely it is that this muffler will fail with SC cars? I'd be getting the BOE 300 kit, 300hp at crank.

Edit - placed an order. Would still like to know how much mileage I'd get out of this if supercharged though. Can we get BWR/Larini to comment?

I love this exhaust, and would get a spare, but I have many parts coming already.

Not sure what the rush is, just wait until you guys get another order.

Hiya, VE. As I mentioned in the first post, Larini is going to do a one-time build for us. They don't make this anymore. Thus this is a get it before its gone kinda thing.

Cheers,

Fred

I have had a REV400 for 3 yrs with this muffler. Have not had any issues. Looks / sounds awesome. I am running a Cat.

I don't know much about exhausts, but it clearly states "NOT acceptable for Supercharged cars". I don't know if it's a back pressure thing or what, but exhausts always seems to be either for N/A or SC.

I absolutely adore the looks and sound of this muffler but it will NOT work in my 3" upcoming RevX situation - where repacks will be necessary!

Believe me I tried to figure out how to make it work because I adore the symmetry and simplicity...

If the REV400 had been out when our cars were made I am sure that Lotus would have stated in the owners manual, "REV400 is NOT acceptable for Toyota 1.8L engines".

What rear panel do I need to get in order to fit this on my 07-Elise?

Can I just get these? https://www.eliseparts.com/products/...und-tailpipes/

Or

Do I need to get the complete kit? https://www.eliseparts.com/products/...ear-grill-kit/

Cool, only one more! On the mileage, kind of an unknowable question. Much of life is related to duty cycle and heat. On the track it will beat up any exhaust more than a drive to work.

And we're done! We are going ahead with the 4 listed folks! Thanks for jumping on this. I have submitted the order with Larini and will be in touch when we have a ship date. I will contact the buyers for the balance of the order. Thanks everyone!

Ok and we're done! We are going ahead with the 4 orders we have. Thanks everyone. I will be in touch as they get finished to collect the balance and see if anyone wants a rear licence plate bracket too. Cheers!
