It is also UV-resistant, which epoxy is not. the flakes are not multi-coloured, but are the same colour as the base. They are there simply to increase the strength of the floor, not for decoration.

I can also get a Rotary 4-post lift from them for $4400 delivered and installed, with drip trays, casters, and a jack tray.

Any thoughts on these costs? I'm not there to do things myself at the moment.

I'm not familiar with Rotary lifts, but I got an Atlas 4-post lift (Garage Pro 8000) with casters, drip trays, jack tray, and sliding jack for just under $2700, and delivery and installation for another $650. Is Rotary worth a premium price?

I had white ceramic in my garage in Indonesia. Due to unlevel-ness and voids it cracked in several places. Some chips too where I dropped a tool. I also worried of temp issues if it was a place that would get a freeze (doesn't freeze at .8 degress off of equator). I wouldn't do it to my garage here.

That's a great price. I don't know, frankly, if Rotary quality is worth the premium. I do know that they make a quality product, whether on the commercial or residential side of things. Once I get it and live with it for awhile, I'll report back.
