Welcome to the Forum and Good Luck!

You know that what you propose has been done before. Take a look at this 48-part series:

yeah ive seen that before, realy cool how they did it. im probably gonna end up not going for a cheap build, im probably gonna invest on making it a nice little tourer for trips. im just starting to plan it out but im most likely gonna do a 2+2 remove the rear seats and replace them with like a luggage or storage area, and then doing a bit of tuning to the engine, probably new digital speedometers, all the fancy stuff for comfort and NECK BREAKING SPEED

Hi and welcome. I'm new too, but for some reason my intro post never showed up. Best of luck in your project!
