F1 even more homologated

Say goodbye to last year's bizarre F1 noses

Soon they will all be same color.

Hail the demise of butt ugly noses!

Yes, it was quite amazing how a few designers interpreted the 2014 F1-car nose directives so radically different - all in the name of increased t-bone accident protection.
What I do find ironic, though, is that last year's power units were homologated with allowances of only limited mod tokens to increase liability and safety. Now Honda comes in as a (re)new(ed) power unit supplier, but they have only until next month to freeze their development for the year - while the engine suppliers from last year can still improve - token by token.

Anyway, I'm a hardcore F1 fan and will be watching every race on the 2015 race schedule. But I am happy that the era of butt ugly noses on F1 car seems to be a thing of the past. Let's see, how each team with their own little secrets will manage to compare to an old newcomer (Honda). Too bad, I still have to wait another 67 days for the start of the new F1 racing season.
