Fire damaged Orange Elise

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about an Orange 2005 Elise in CO. Vin is: SCCPC11185HL32939

Everything from windshield forward looks to be ok. I wonder what the heck happened, that thing is burnt up!

The pictures would argue this car was intentionally set ablaze, probably by a vandal.
  • The rear clam, engine cover and front clam only have smoke damage.
  • Hottest flames attacked the seats.
  • The burn pattern on the seats suggest an accelerant was used.

A careless smoker could cause this, but I'd bet someone wanted this car up in smoke.
