Belt re-webbing and poly vs nylon

In another thread someone suggested Crow Enterprises (AZ) as a re-webbing source.

Has anyone tried them? Were you happy with the product? I called and got a reasonable price quote--but basically they send you new Crow restraints at the same price as new product--with new (Crow) cam-locks. You don't get your original cam-lock system back. I have TRW Sabelt and really like the feel and operation. As I have many expired sets sitting in the garage I thought a massive re-webbing was in order.

Second question--on material. Polyester vs nylon. I know nylon has less give, but might having some give actually be safer as long as you don't become un harnessed? Curious as to opinions on this. A completely rigid system would be nasty and it seems having the right spring constant would be beneficial.

I gave that reference.
everyone that i know who uses the crow belts are very happy with them.
i have not used their harness yet, but i have seen them crash tested very hard, and the driver was protected as one would expect.
