Android version of AutoGuide vs the forums

Hello,

Has anyone else noticed the unread count in the lotus talk forum does not match what the Android version of AutoGuide displays?

Currently I have 14 unread posts on the web site. When I look at AutoGuide it shows 10. Is this a known issue or is there some sort of delay on AutoGuide?

Can you send me a screen shot of them both?

You're referring to the free Autoguide app right?

I can send this over to the tech team with the information provided and see what they can do about it. You can also use the enhanced mobile view on lotustalk.com.

Yep, I am referring to the free AutoGuide app. Right now I have 25 unread in the android app but the forum shows me as having 44 new.

One thing that might be confusing is that the Android app shows 'Unread' posts and the Web Page shows 'New' posts. I am not sure if the 'New' posts on the web page are counted as unread.

If 'New' (on Lotustalk.com) and 'Unread' (in the Android app) are not the same could I suggest making 'New' on the web page Unread posts instead? Or is there another way to see where the unread posts are?

Thanks

That is a limitation of what the app can display however if you start clearing some of them it should do so in sync with what's new on the site. Until the limit is over 25 again, similar to how active topics displays 25 tops.
