I'm confused. Had mine dyno'd a few days ago and came up with higher numbers than most? I've only had the car a couple of weeks, and I'm pretty sure it's completely stock, but who knows? I'm definitely not an expert.. anyone have any ideas? (apologies for the bleeding, i spilled water on my desk)

There is very little consistency from one dyno to the next.

that torque scale needs to be compacted! (zoom out)

** save ~10 lbs gain 1 hp ** EQ: Y=(190*X) / (1984-X) where Y is (HP) and X is (lbs)

My komotec 250S dyno with HKS VPRO FCON

The car was all ok, until recently with aircon on... simply running 10.5-11AF on idle. Had the car back on dyno and retuned. Leaned out the map and the car just accelerate so much better also saving alot on the fuel bill

Just dyno'd my stock 06 Elise and put down 133 whp and 96 wtq. This is right where I expected it since I live at 6,800 ft. Although the shop was down low at 5,800 ft The corrected numbers are 165 whp and 119 wtq. The graphs are smooth and consistent. This will be a good comparison for the supercharger kit which is in the mail

Torque baby On 91 octane btw

I'll be getting an updated tune before summer, hopefully squeeze another 25 hp and torque without raising boost.

2005 Lotus Elise - ForcedFed 340, now at 15 psi and needing dyno for results.
2002 Ford Focus SVT - 4.6L V8 RWD conversion, twice the cylinders and half the sense.

Yep, clutch is upgraded but not the gears, that's why no hard driving yet, I figure my 3rd/4th gears won't last long on the track.

What's up with the AFR graph?

VFII, Eliseparts Sequential, Geartronics Paddle shift.
You name it, I've probably got that installed too...
1864lbs, full tank
Otherwise, it's bone stock....

I just got back from Monkey Wrench Racing to get a set of baseline pulls on my '07 Exige S. Only mod is the Lotus Stage 2 exhaust [which is for sale]:

Everything looks very normal. Runs are on a DynaPack.

The wideband sniffer was in the tailpipe, so it registers a bit leaner than actual. The thin line is the 1st pull, and the thick line is the 3rd pull. The 2nd and 3rd pulls pretty much overlapped each other. I did some basic datalogging but have to run through it. IAT's were somewhere around 100F starting and 122F end of pull for each pull.

Cheers,
Ryan

Finally got the supercharger dyno'd, it's a MP62 BWR type kit. I'm happy with the numbers. Also have a Cup airbox with K&N and a custom dual tip cat back exhaust. Again this is at high altitiude (5,800ft) so the uncorrected numbers (second graph) put the performance just above a stock NA Elise at sea level. The cam change seems a little low. It's missing some power with the low chang over. I am planning on putting on a smaller pulley and a new tune will fix it.

Took a video of the engine during the dyno. The Manly Motor Mounts help a lot, the engine hardly moves now.

227 whp 151 wtq corrected
181 who 121 wtq uncorrected

Mustang Dyno. See my sig for all mods. I think this is conservative, as everyone says the Mustang produces the lowest WHP readings of all the dyno's on the market. Then again, it might just be the most accurate........

200 WHP & 135 ft lbs torque.
