Hopefully, that will push down the prices of used/JDM engines. It looks like there is a transmission attached, but without an ECU...

"Honda says its K20C1 engine will be available to “U.S. grassroots and professional racers for verified, closed-course racing applications.” In other words, Honda will sell you the engine if you can prove that you’ll only be using it for sanctioned racing events."

...which is really easy to do. Just auto-x and fill out their form.

I don't really see what's so great about this as an option for the Eliges. For substantially less money, BOE can give us the same power with supercharged tractability.
