VX220 subframe, how hard would it be to swap in?

I'm in the process of swapping in a turbo Ecotec and I wanted to know if the larger VX220 subframe could be swapped in as well? I feel as though that's my best option as it was designed to house this motor. I thought there was a diagram comparison of the two on here somewhere but I can't find them.

Bueller? I know, hasn't been done. If someone comes accross the two pictures that compare the subframes please let me know. I found a used source but it'll be a few days before I make that decision.

Lets start with the basics.

Is the wheel base the same? I can't be bothered to google it...

Wheelbase of the VX220 is longer.

A guy here in Holland has put the body of the previous GT3 Exige race cars on his VX220/Speedster turbo and the biggest headache was getting the wheelbase sorted.

Some images of the end result here:

His rear wheels would interfere with the arches on the Exige clam.

I think in the end the guys who did the conversion (Plans Motorsport in the UK) did some creative work with keeping the VX220 rear subframe (Toyota version didn't fit with the Z20LET engine) and making some custom wishbones to move the wheels forward.

Bye, Arno.
