Eliseparts.com

Has anyone in America used Eliseparts.com? I am wondering how their service is and what approximate ship times are. They appear to have similar products at competitive prices. Right now I need brakes so I am looking at their braided lines, rotors and pad options and they're cheaper than many state-side competitors.

Thanks guys,

Awesome to deal with. Fast shipping- everything is air. I often check prices between them and s111 and with shipping they are still cheaper depending on the item.

I've have ordered from them twice in the last year for a turn signal and a caliper rebuild kit. Both items were in stock and were shipped within a day. I chose the cheapest shipping and I believe it took about 6 days to the east coast.

I bought a front grill kit and 2010 side scoops from them. Shipping was much faster then expected!

Well those reviews sound promising! Thanks guys! I just did the math and the cost for brake parts after shipping makes it a wash on price so my mind is made up this time, but for the future it is good to know there exists another option.

I got my fuel pump from EP (Ian and Geary) in 96 hours (UK to Au).
And it is quicker and easier shipping to the states.

Also keep in mind Elise-Shop as Yvo often has things that Elise-Parts does not have and visa versa.

I had placed a $2500 order with them and had to pay $95 in US duty tax before FedEx would release it to me, that delayed things a week.

UPS dropped off my package and then sent me the bill. I think they charged a 7$ service charge and about 12$ for customs on a 500$ order. It was a bit of a suprise but no big deal. At least they left the pakage.

At first, I stared at the bill for about 10 min conviced it was some sort of nigerian scam .

Eliseparts was great to deal with. If you are ordering brake parts from them, get the tool for the rear caliper. Works much better than pliers. Most times their stuff arrives quicker than us orders.

But I got random FedEx behavior. Once I had to go through customs and my order was held out until I had to fax them some forms. The problem was that they left me a phone message I could not decipher. The 800 number was of no assistance, I had to get a hold of the particular agent. Took 3 days of phone tag :-( .... after this, I tend to order from local shops more often.
