favorite Wheels for Elise ?

I have stock Silver wheels on my Chrome Orange Elise, looking to get a set of wheels maybe black or other darker finishes. Not blown away by the LSS wheels, what wheels have you seen used on the Elise that made you say WOW !

In my opinion the best looking wheel for an Elige is the Lotus Cup 240 wheel.

The Team Dynamics options are nice:

And lots of folks love the RS134 Monolites:

Then there are these XXR 530s, SUPER cheap, probably horrible quality, but look good:

I had ordered a set of your Stella when the (first) set of chrome orange Lotus Sport wheels came along. You were nice enough to let me cancel, but point is they look great.

The RS 134 Monolites make me say wow because they are .5" wider than LSS, one of the lightest wheels available, one of the highest quality wheels available, and they are strong to boot. They have everything.

If you are asking the best looking wheel, I might put Toyboxes, Stellacorse, or the Lotus Cup wheels slightly ahead, but not by much. RAC is best overall for me when taking into account all factors.

I went for the Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 finished in anthracite. Similar to Vantage, my choice was more for function and price rather than pure looks. I went with the 15x8 front and 17x9 rear to try to max out rubber fitment without cutting fenders. Being larger and cast, I'm sure they are heavier than the smaller, forged Monolites. They are also nearly 1/3 the price!

I really ended up liking the anthracite finish, much better than black IMO, but don't show brake dust as badly as the silver LSS wheels. I snapped this so CRG53 could get a better look, but my car is dirty and I'm no photographer:

949 racing is about to release a set of their 6UL wheels for the lotus platform. They are cheap, strong, really lightweight and IMO look good. I have a set of them (in miata fitment that I made work with spacers) in 15x8 and 17x9 - much wider than LSS. They are even the same exact weight with tires as my old SSR setup which was narrower and is one of the lightest options available for the lotus.

Looks like they are Low pressure cast - Flow Formed outer rim - Monoblock construction. What is the quality ?
they come in 4 finishes also.

Their facebook page:
"15x8 +25 6UL front, 17x9 +38 6UL rear. Shown with 205/50 and 245/40 tires. This maintains OEM rake and tire diameter stagger. Many good tires choices in these two sizes including the new "super200's like the RE71R and BFG Rival S1.5. Complete tire clearance and full bump and full lock, no mods or spacers necessary. Clears the OEM 2 pot caliper and most aftermarket brakes. First production run will be Beryllium as shown. 12.2 lbs front, 15.9 lbs rear. Flow formed heat treated and ready to race (or hard park). ETA April 2018. Send us an email for more info."

So only the beryllium color at first. They note tire clearance at full bump and lock, but obviously that depends on your setup. I have some minor rubbing on the headlight bucket in front and on the wheel well/body on the rears - both of these only occur at full compression/high speed in a turn on track (i.e. Turn 1 at VIR). Also keep in mind, mine are miata fitment with spacers - though the math works out to the same as their proposed offsets so shouldnt make a huge difference.
A lot of it depends on your ride height, alignment, spring rates, yadda yadda. I suspect they fit theres on a stock car, which makes sense from a manufacturer's standpoint obviously.
