Live and learn. I've seen the pics, but had assumed that it was due to mechanics not using the marked lift points. I've had my Elise for 5 months and this was the first time I had a regular shop do any work on the car (dealer twice for engine check light issues and for a cooling system pressure check). At home I've always lifted one side at a time/used rhino ramps.

Didn't know the rear crossbar could be used. Good to know, like I said, I'm learning.
