anyone? The rear panel I'm referring to is the one with the bumperettes. In pictures, it looks like it should fit as the clam is the same.

Yes for sure. When they switched clams though - those are totally different as I'm sure you can see in pictures.

I personally prefer the '06 or early '07 style because it doesn't have the bumpers or the dumb reflectors (05's)!

Completely agree with you on the 06-07 look. Unfortunately, I sold my euro rear panels with my larini exhaust and I'm just looking for anything I can find in near mint condition that will fit my car.

Just looked into it with some more pictures of the seller. Looks like the 05 Elise has 3 bolts that connects through the trunk, whereas the 09 had 6. The holes don't also seem to align.

If I have the two side panels, does anyone know if this piece is the center piece that holds the license plate? Looks like it should be it, but the diagram makes it look super small.

That is NOT the piece that holds the plate. That is a heat shield that is BEHIND that piece. Wow - the price on that...

That is only one of the pieces you need for the area behind the plate.

It will be better if you find a used assembly.
