HRM special black wheel fix!

Once again Mark Starr has made it apparent that I chose the right salesguy & dealership to buy from..
I called him to report that the paint was literally falling off of my early LSS anodized wheels. He is having a set of late build LSS wheels powdercoated (this time round) and will be sending them to me. I'll ship the faulty set back after the switchout is performed.
Mark never once questioned my integrity and was very forthright in finding a convenient solution to the problem.
The later painted wheels are much better candidates for painting due to the radiused edges.
Are the later LSS wheels as strong and light as the early ones?

How much was it to ship the rims to HRM?

** save ~10 lbs gain 1 hp ** EQ: Y=(190*X) / (1984-X) where Y is (HP) and X is (lbs)
