Wow - these are even more rare than I thought. My Exige S 240 is only one of 164 in 2008. I wonder how many in Aspen white for 2008? I have been telling people they probably brought in a couple of thousand. I was way off.

Yes, but do you know the colors of the 3 Matte Black cars that were produced for Canada?

Kidding aside, thank you for completing the colors of the 30 - 2011 Exige S 260 Final Editions. The first post of the thread has been updated.

The first post of this thread is the first attempt at a grid with the information thus far provided. Note that "*" denotes where information is needed, while "-" denotes that the model did not exist in that year. 2005, 2006 and 2011 production figures are fairly complete; however we need much more information for 2007, 2009 and 2010.

Interesting to note in comparing the total U.S. S2000 production over 10 years found on the top chart with the total U.S. Elise /Exige production over 7 years found on the bottom chart, the Elise/Exige U.S. production will probably come in at about 1/10th of S2000 U.S.production, and 2005 Elise U.S.production may represent more than 50% of all Elise/Exige U.S. production.

Please keep the information coming in from Lotus Certificates of Provenance and Provenance Cover Letters.

I have a 2008 S2000 CR in berlina black - another rare bird. Very cool.

Yes 10 without Air Conditioning and 249 with A/C.
I am sure you're not waving at another Black CR coming towards you on the other side of the road.

I am #4 on the final edition list - isotope green

there is also a red and a blue final edition originally sold by Gentry lane Toronto that I know of

the red one was later listed in a Cambridge, Ontario toyota dealer used car inventory

one Matt black is in Montreal, one was sold by the Vancouver dealer, another Matt black was in a bad crash (not sure if totalled or not)

Los:

Thank you for the email, and congrats on your Isotope Green #4, which is a real head-turner.

That narrows it down a bit, but if you look at the above list of 30 cars, not one of them is blue. Does Arctic Silver have a blue tint to it?

Thanks again,

Just got the PDF of the certificate from Andy. Here's some more info on the '06's,

The original body colour was Solar Yellow metallic, Lotus paint code B114. The interior was trimmed with black cloth. Optional extras were: limited slip differential, sport pack and metallic paint. The car also had Star shield, which was a distributor option, installed by LCU at the port in the US.

Your car was the 905th out of 1079 cars,
Your car was the 106th out of 114 cars in Solar Yellow metallic,
Your car was the 14 th out of 15 cars in Solar Yellow metallic with black cloth trim,
Your car was the only 1 in the same colour/trim/options (there was one other car with the same factory options but that car didn't have star shield).

Do the Certificates include the car and option prices?

There are no Blue Final Edition Exiges according to Brian S. over at LotusCars.com

I overlooked this in his email but he actually did say that #4, #5, #6, and #20 are the Final Edition Exiges that went to Canada!!! =)

That said, I think the sales collateral was printed up and then the decision to not make an 08 S220 was made. Even so, there WAS a guy on here a while back in Canada who claimed to have a 2008 S220 Exige.
Doug:

Thank you for the information. If someone has any information on a U.S. Production Model Year 2008 Exige S220, the model will be added to the first post of this thread.

I am not sure, but if someone obtains that information from a Certificate of Provenance and shares it with us, I shall make sure to post it. Also, I would recommend obtaining a Certificate for your car, as you may be surprised how few and unique your Lotus is.

Thanks,

Awesome! I shall make sure to update the first post with this info. Like other posters, you have been a wealth of knowledge.

Now, if you find out the last 5 bits of information needed to complete the grid on the first post of this thread, the main body of our work is done here.

Thanks again,

That's strange, I saw two exiges when I took delivery of my isotope green... Of course unless I was misled by the dealer, that they were actually 2010 exiges... Oh well

Vincesf,

What is "racing green mono" in the 2006 colors?

Is that British Racing Green as opposed to Lotus Racing Green?
