I will be importing a 2009 Cup 260. It is on the Atlantic right now. It will be in Boston on the 23rd, will make a stop in New York then on to Baltimore. It is scheduled to arrive on the 30th, when I can get it. Since it will be in the US, are you interested in its existence?

Awesome Lotus. If it includes an Andy Graham Lotus of certificate / letter of provenance with overall Elise / Exige 2009 U.S. Production numbers, then please share them to verify the 2009 U.S. Production Elise / Exige production figures.

Thanks,

vincesf

I have since called Andy and asked why he said 11 cars in one place and 12 in another? He said they were not sure about one of the cars so did not include it. I have since found S/N 0366 and it has Bilsteins like mine...so I'm one of two. I did not mind that mine came with Bilsteins, because it made it real ease for me to justify replacing them with Nitrons. Ohlins would have been hard to justify replacing them with Nitrons...

I don't but I did recently get both the Certificate and letter about my 2011 RGB. Do you want info off of these or scanned copies? If so, drop me a PM with your email and I'll send it off.

Are you having a transporter ship your car to you? Driving in most of the places in and around Baltimore will result in at least 1 chipped tooth.

Great Worldwide information on the 2009 260 Cup, which also again confirms the 26 LHD produced for the U.S. Thanks for sharing.

I'll bring my mouthpiece from my full contact martial arts days... see, still a full set!

No...I'm at my sister's place in Houston right now, confiscating her truck and trailer. You know, all Texans have trucks... Next stop Cincinnati...and wait for the high sign to go get it...

Some time next week (once I get it imported) you will have to add a Cup 260 to the list...

How does one get in contact with this Andy fellow at Lotus? I'd like to see if there is any documentation available on my car.

but it costs 35 pounds sterling for the certificate of provenance and letter. If you want just Australian number, he will assume that. But if you would like global numbers, like asked for, he will give you that for the asking...but you have to ask for global figures.

The e-mail I got from him last week quoted 48 pounds for the standard certificate and letter and 72 pounds to add the vehicle search information.

Cheers.
