Lotus Owners Going To Daytona 24?

I will be at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 3 weeks and will probably take the Evora. Any other Lotus owners going? I am almost always located by NASCAR turn 4, albeit not on the fence, and would enjoy meeting some other Lotus enthusiasts.

Repaired the diffuser, reattached the diffuser, reset my rear ride height and checked the ride heights/rake, picked up 10 gallons of 100 octane low lead AV gas, fired up the engine after about a month of it sitting, checked the oil level in the dry sump while it was running, checked camber of all 4 wheels.....now to reattach the rear body panels and fabricate new supports for the back corners of the diffuser. Trying to be true to my word rather than being at Daytona. Eventually a session on the stationary bike.

Well, no other Lotuses showed up at the Daytona 24, but Automobile magazine photographed mine for its favorite cars of the infield article. It's about 4 cars down.

doubt it happens

What would be sweet is if there was a Lotus or two or three actually on the track during the 24 Hours....how else does Lotus begin to regain their deserved reputation?

I met one Lotus guy and saw a few people wearing something with Lotus logos. There were a s**t ton of Corvette and Porsche driving around.

It was not a particularly memorable 24 Hours; in fact, it was pretty dreary. I saw many people packing up 3 1/2 hours into a 24 hour race, and this was, of course, due to the dire forecast. While it didn't start raining until at least 3am, people just didn't want to pack up wet camping gear.
