Basic low coolant level question.

I had my Elise radiator replaced about a year ago. The car has been running fine, and I cannot see any leaks anywhere on the car or in the garage. The coolant level is about 1/4-1/2 inch below the "low" mark when the engine is cold. I don't know if this is the same level as when the car returned to me from the radiator replacement, or if it's slowly dropping.

The shop used Peak Global Life European - that's what it says on the service receipt. But, I can't find this specific product locally to buy. There are plenty of Peak coolants locally, but they all seem to have some water. Can I top off with these other peak coolants? Do I need to fill the coolant up at all?

thank you,
