Coolant Leak. Passenger Clamp.

I went on a cruise a couple week-ends ago and when I made it back home I noticed that coolant had leaked. Some sprayed onto the passenger windshield that I didn't initially notice during the cruise. I thought it was a cracked rad like many have experienced and was ready to buy a new rad. I topped the coolant up today and went for a quick spin and noticed fresh coolant spilled and found this:

Does anyone know if this is where the clamp recall was initially performed? I had the recall completed within the first month of owning the Exige. Would this still be covered by Lotus? If not, this could be fixable without removing the front clam, no?
