Elise AC, no air out dash outlets

2011 Elise, low miles, no abuse as far as we know. AC works, blows cold out floor outlets, no air out of instrument panel outlets. Messed with control still the same. Nice cold air below, nothing above. Before we get serious on this, perhaps someone else has gone through this before? Control head? Servo motor on duct? Thank you for the help.

there is a servo up above floor vents via access panels kind of behind/outboard the wiper motor. Sounds like the floor/face/defrost is not turning. I think you can get it out 3 small bolts. probably check the potentiometer for power in/out is easier first step.

Thank you for the replies. Questions, Where is the stepper motor located? Hopefully inside the car without removing the front clam? I assume if stepper motor is getting variable power and not moving, stepper motor problem? Unless there is a mechanical jamb/problem. I will post the solution when fixed.
