i don't get the logic in dumping a 1/2 dozen prototype show cars from out of nowhere into paris. whats the strategy here? my only guess is danny and company need (want) more money, so they are throwing out this shotgun approach to future product with no direction or vision. hoping that "something" will gain traction and generate buzz for them to leverage proton with, or... they know proton is on its way out and they are building a house of cards to take to market?
anyways.. no overly impressed with the styling, i do like the elite and elan showcars as GT's though. hate the elise show car, and luke warm about the esprit show car... nothing is production ready so does it even matter? i was realy hoping to see and hear more about real future product, not a mish mash of posibilities. kinda bummed lotus hybrid technology did not make it front and center.
"I really started paying attention to cars was when they came out with the Nissan Z, the first body. Then I seen the Cherokees, the old square ones, and I was like, ďWow, thatís cool.Ē Then I seen the Isuzu jeeps and I seen the Wranglers."
