Garage
Looks like a very similar if not exactly the same chassis as the Tesla Model S with the design being the way it is

I think the Tesla Model S took the Eterne and resculpted a little. They look like they share the same lines.

Really??? Is this back to being alive again?

If I die, my biggest fear is that my wife sells all my toys for the price I told her I bought them for...

The thread? Yes apparently resurrected from the dead...

The car... no.

I actually got to see and sit in these concept cars in the Lots Design Studio back in May 2011! I really liked the Elan, Eterne, Elite, and Esprit. The Interiors were really nice too.

Given the association between Tesla and Lotus it is quite possible that the cahssis design, or even the engineering design behind it, were re-used for the Tesla S rather than starting from scratch... interesting though

we had a tesla S full scale styling buck, very resolved... in our gallery long before the Eterne showed up. if there was any copying going on it was the Tesla (holhauzen), that was copied (inspired, leveraged, borrowed). 95% of Tesla s styling was done before the externe concept ever existed.

"I really started paying attention to cars was when they came out with the Nissan Z, the first body. Then I seen the Cherokees, the old square ones, and I was like, “Wow, that’s cool.” Then I seen the Isuzu jeeps and I seen the Wranglers."
