Evora leather shrink warranty

Hi fellow Lotus people
Just finished up from the auto upholsterer with my 2011 Evora work car and what seemed a simple dashboard repair has evolved into a lot of work. He asked if there were any warranty campaigns for leather shrinkage still open for Australian 2011 Evoras.
Long shot but worth the post.
Thanks in advance

Lotus was replacing the dashes under the original Lotus warranty on cars. If the car is beyond its factory warranty....nope it's not covered.

They replaced a ton of them on early cars. Surprised that one was ignored.

I am in the same boat with my 2011. I can't help but wonder why one of the previous owners didn't take the car in for a dash replacement while it was still under warranty.
