If i have the hazard button on, the turning lamps works.
If I turn the hazard off, the turning lights doesn't work?
And the hazard never works?
What's wrong?

Depends on the year and model. Posting this on the forum for your car will get you a lot more help than here.
Just out of curiosity, is it an older Esprit?

I have an 2005 Elise, it was the fuse that was blown.
