GRP Quality Service

If I'm violating a forum rule, please delete (I don't think I am).

I'm in no way related to Greg's Racing Parts, but I have purchased 3 or 4 things from him since I bought my Lotus in September 2015. I just wanted to take a moment to thank him publicly for some awesome customer service. He's responded to PMs on here quickly. I've called him a couple times and he's answered. Most recently I had an issue with product fitment that was an issue with my car, not an issue with his product. He immediately shipped me out a new product at his expense without any hassle.

That said, I've ordered items from 4 different vendors for my Lotus and they've all been above average. Just wanted to thank Greg for being great.

Cheers and thanks Greg

I find that when I work with a true enthusiast, they tend to offer a much better product and experience

Everything I've bought off of him is top notch, he ships out quickly, he immediately communicates any unforeseen delays, and every time I have had a question for him, it is answered right away.
