'05 Elise with 2850miles for Sale - Mint & Stock!

I wanted to let the forum know about this car before putting it up to the general market. We secured a one owner car that has never been modded or tracked. The original owner was a collector and is now unable to drive so he has been selling all of his cars. This car has sat for 1.5 yrs undriven and has been stored indoors in the desert Southwest. This is the lowest mileage and cleanest, unmolested, original car that I have come across in years. It is a Sport and Touring optioned car.

Learn a bit more: HERE

Here are the things that we are doing to get this car ready for sale:
  • Installing new A048 tires
  • All new Motul fluids
  • New drive belt
  • New Deka full sized battery
  • Complete detail - inside and out

This car has no scrapes on the front clam - like most cars. The only issue is the front clearbra has some damage in one area - but does not penetrate the paint. I will leave it to the Buyer to decide whether or not to replace the clearbra as the clearbra is in great shape otherwise.

I will get some proper pictures of the car next week after it has been detailed.

It is a gorgeous, rare car and accordingly, we are asking $45k/obo. If you are interested, please call us to discuss. (951)296-6762

She's getting the super detail now as we wait to get the new A048 tires. I'm always amazed at the result from a good detailer.

Wow, and that's a rare and very desirable color. BRP was available only for MY05, and it looks fantastic in person.

Ordinarily a premium for an uber low mileage car isn't necessarily a good thing...if you want to drive it much, that premium evaporates almost instantly.

I think your pricing is fair for a great car, low mileage, with all options available for 05 except hard top (and LSD, available only on the last few cars of the MY).

Good luck with sale!

Beautiful. It's like a new car. I would just ruin it and can't be trusted with one in condition that pristine!

The only negative to me on a car like this it that it would be a shame to drive it (I mean DRIVE it) and it would also be a shame to not drive it. The best part of an Elige in my opinion is driving it, but this looks like a museum piece.

Yes, I agree - should it be kept in a museum or driven? Well, I would drive it! But first I would look at it for a few days. I think, in the end, I love driving them as much as I love to look at them. For the right client, who could not buy one new, this is as close as it gets to a new car.

Beautiful car. Nice to see one in that kind of condition, considering how many have been killed by SUVs and other unnatural objects.

To nitpick - that's not the original stereo which would have been one of two Blaupunkts.

05 Elise, ST, sports, touring, hardtop, DBA 4000 slotted discs, Ferodo DS2500 pads, Sector 111 gpan3, EP Tuning Quickrack, Pro Alloy rad, DS brace, HnT pad, front and rear tow hooks, CG lock, ORE double cup holder (caffeine for track); '86 911 Targa (sold); '68 MGB (being restored)
