Can you get the Bridgestone Potenza RE-71Rs on LSS wheels in the stock size? Or did you size up in order to get them? What do you guys usually run in terms of size on the LSS wheels?

I've got wheels that are the same size / widths as the LSS wheels (16x6.5 F, 17x7.5 R), just with a slightly more aggressive offset (+6mm F / R).
I just picked up a set of RE71Rs in 205/45/16 F & 245/40/17 R. The tires are brilliant. Seriously amazing. Highly recommended.
I don't have any rubbing issues, even with autoX abuse, but YMMV with the slightly different offset.

Yes, hubcentric spacers, I would never run open bore, they must fit perfectly.
Let me know when you decide to let them go... I'll PM you my email.

Yeah i run these on stock LSS, 205/245. Just the tiniest biy of rubbing in the rear on the liner. I now run a 3mm spacer. If you have less than 2 degrees camber I doubt it would rub at all.

Interesting that you'd upsize 10mm width up front but 20mm width in the back, is that better for grip or do people usually upsize equivalently front to back? Either way thanks for the info! I will definitely need to mull over if these upsized are worth it over a stock-size set of R888s.

Quick snap out front showing the fitment with -3.5 in the rear, and the front raised a bit. Changed to -2.75 in the rear last night, no rubbing if I don't drive it aggressive.

New shot today. The rear -3.5 was a bit much for me, so I added some shims. -2.6 in the rear now, and rubs a bit if I hit a big bump, but nothing major. Not sure I'm satisfied, but I'm getting there.

Looking great @VisualEchos The photo is beautiful but the front undertray is definitely distracting from that angle.

Wheel/Tire package looks perfect.

Thanks. I like showing the undertray, it's a source of conversation.

Love the way the tines catch the light, making them look ultra thin.

No artsy stuff here, just a super clear pic of the new combo fitment. I've worked pretty hard to make the front and rear camber nearly match, and it looks fantastic IMO. Still some rubbing @ -2.5 front, and -2.7 rear, but only when driven spirited, which is perfect for me.

Hey VisualEchos, I just wanted to thank you for posting your wheel specs. Oddly enough Mini Coopers have the same fitment as the Lotus and my Wife's Mini Cooper had the exact same wheels as you. So I "borrowed" them for the Lotus. I put some new sticky tires on them and I love them. Went to Cars and Coffee and it just happened to be a Lotus meetup. Mine is the first one in the picture.
