Shear Panel on 2011 Cup 260

Here are some picture that show the Cup 260's Shear panel is different from Lotus Sport's current selling.

The title says 2011 but that is a 2009 260.

No, the owner took off the original front clam, rear clam, doors, hatch and roof. Replaced with 2009 light weight Cheap Chinese copy body parts. It does weight a lot less.

So after the season, he can still have a perfect body.

Why would the shear panel be attached to the undertray?
That does not make sense.

If you look at the first picture, you will see the shear panel is different from the retail version.

It is angled instead of flat as the retail version; the under tray has 6 big holes for bolts to attach the shear panel to the frame ( need to unbolt the 6 bolts first ) the undertray has only 2 air dusts.

That looks strange; it looks like indirect bracing. The mounting points on the aero pan look very different from my Exige.
