Question Fitting Aftermarket Steering Wheel (non airbag)

Hi guys

I have recently bought an aftermarket steering wheel.
Does anybody if this QR can replace the stock boss or is an adapter required?
I think I still need an adapter but unfortunately I can't find conclusive data on this!
The QR says offset 55mm, what would be the ideal adapter thickness to get the steering wheel in the same position as the stock steering wheel?

After doing a complete suspension and brake refresh it's a bit embarassing that I can't get my head around this part.

I installed a Sparco L360 wheel and used the EliseParts quick release hub. When installing their hub, you have to use one of the two spacers they offer, 20mm or 40mm. I tried the 40mm spacer initially. This placed the wheel too close to the driver and created too much distance between the wheel and the indicator stalks The 20mm spacer was a better match for me.
