MT-Draco CF/Polycarb Exige Hatch

Been lurking on the Japanese car website minkara and drooling over the cool JDM parts that Japanese Lotus owners enjoy.

MT-Draco is a pretty obscure Japanese aftermarket company making CFRP parts. Their most interesting product is this carbon/polycarb Exige hatch that is very F430-ish. Not much information is out there on it or even decently sized photos. My understanding is the company made a small batch and that's it and actually due to rising carbon prices they have stopped making it. Just as well though since it costs over $5k USD

But anyway, I figured I would share the cool pictures I found of it with yall

Not sure on weight.

The bolts hold the polycarb piece in. Isn't that how most lexan parts are held in? HKFEVER you should try to make a clone of this

It's not cool to use bolts!

Can't find any shop in HK willing to mold polycarbonate!

Haha, to go for this kind of project, I need:
1. 3D digital scan for the original hach, which we don't have in HK.
2. Or anyone has the original CAD file from UK, LOL
3. After scan, need programmer to modify the scanned CAD file, which HK only have people do stock market, LOL
3. Find factory or shop willing to do small batch Polycarbonate production, Tough

I est. the whole thing will only cost less than USD1500, say make 20pcs.

But, you know.......

Yeah I'd drop 1500 for that hatch easy. If only I had one I could probably get the 3d files using scanners from work od do you mean you need a 3d file of the OEM hatch?
