Arrow Rear Trunk Grill Tape

I have an early 2005 Elise and am installing 4 new Carbon Fiber grills which are only sticky taped on. They early 2005 Elise did not have any screws, just the 4 rear most plastic riots. I liked how well the factory tape seemed to hold on the grills. However the factory's 2 different size tapes are on back-order. Most likely this is just a 3M tape, and I and have used many of these tapes, and their holding power varies greatly. However with the the tape seeing a lot of heat I am worried about a generic tape holding up well over time and with only the tape holding on the front grills, I don't want to see them fly off down the road.

Does anyone know what tape brand and line was used by the Lotus? The part numbers for the 2 different width tapes are as follows:

4) A117B0362V Double Sided Tape, 5mm
4) A117B0361V Double Sided Tape, 19mm
4) A082W6528F Plastic Rivot

Very nice looking grills! Where did you get them? You may want to think about using a silicon based glue because it would be easily available, would not be effected by heat, and could be easily removable. It would also hold up well to moisture, maybe better than the tape.
Good luck...
