I just used a dark window tint film.

its a satin black strip from wrap, installed it myself, been on 2 years, looks brand new still
it also serves a few other purposes, another black accent,it covers the horrible blue laminated tinge at the top and also just about hides my front dash cam which peaks out just below it

could also use some tint as San suggests above

Kind of related to this post in that forward visibility is effected by the removal of the rear view mirror and the sun visors... How is the visibility effected by positioning the wiper in the vertical position...as I've seen some cars like that...

Does anybody here have any experience with that?

Whoever said that island life is great was never committed to Alcatraz...

ive never found the wiper a problem as it sits very low, quite a few have completely removed the wiper and use rain-x,not sure if more for practicability or for photographic purposes

I actually like when the whole front windshield is tinted, but I'd want light on the whole thing and then the top strip dark. I may check to see if I can add the light tint on "top" of (behind) the dark.

I must be the only person on this site that actually is appreciative of the sun visors.

I'm 5 ft 10 inches and those visors are just big enough to block the sunset when I am driving home from work.

Anybody know where I can actually order the pins? I know it sounds strange, but I had to buy some visors off another and I still don't have pins. My car came to me with neither.

I don't want to put back on. i just want a complete oem set. I could not find them last time I tried. Which site might have them?

I'm kind of in the same boat. I have pins but the previous owner removed the visors. I'm short (5'6") so the visors aren't exactly in my way and I would like to put some back if any of you guys that removed yours would be willing to part with them. Not an emergency item by any means but I wouldn't mind buying a set if the price is right.

I have a couple of pins from my car, you can have them for shipping, small flat rate box. One of them you'll need to remove from the holder itself, it wouldn't come out, so I just moved the metal back and forth until it cracked off.
