Thanks guys for telling me 3 years too late, my steering wheel feels like someone poured some aunt Jemima on it. The only positive if someone tries to steal my car I can pull figer prints off it...

Please note, there is a fix! Think it should be in the sticky.

Garage
I used Simple Green and paper shop towels to wipe the layer of goo off of the airbag cover.

No longer tacky, looks nice.

What is simple green - solvent? grease remover? Don't have that product over here and i'd like to try an equivalent product

Why does everyone want the shiny look? Did your car come with a shiny dash?

Denatured alcohol is a great cleaner. Takes all the oils off but isn't shiny.

Armorall and all that other horse piss junk just causes outgassing and your windshield to fog. It smells like butt and doesn't pick up chicks, you do. Not your pimped out detailed car. The ethnic dood at the worn out zippy mart car wash that details cars does not have a PHD in polymers. He can sell you some Donk wheels though!
