Buying experience at Wire Wheel Classic Sports Cars

Bought an Elise there yesterday and it was a grieat experience. The proprietor is not a salesman, he is a lotus enthusiast with a shop and a few cars to sell. Highly recommended!

I've never seen a negative comment about Wire Wheel, period.

Confirmed from my experience on this board. Lots of comments on honesty and full disclosure. Unanimous positive ratings like these are almost unheard of!

hayes has been around for a long time.... they always have some cool cars.

"I really started paying attention to cars was when they came out with the Nissan Z, the first body. Then I seen the Cherokees, the old square ones, and I was like, Wow, thats cool. Then I seen the Isuzu jeeps and I seen the Wranglers."

Hayes was awesome to work with. Gave me a great price on my Elise and when it was totaled, I called him and asked him if he was interested in buying it back. He gave me a fair price and everyone was happy. 10/10.

I ended up buying my Elise locally (easier to do when you are in Cali!), but turned out the dealer who sold it to me hadn't serviced it at all, despite claiming they had, and the a/c wasn't working, etc. I am sure that wouldn't have happened if I had bought from WW. And their prices are so reasonable!

Anyone who is on here looking should consider buying from WW even if you have to pay some $$ to ship the car. Same goes for Gator from what I have heard.

05 Elise, ST, sports, touring, hardtop, DBA 4000 slotted discs, Ferodo DS2500 pads, Sector 111 gpan3, EP Tuning Quickrack, Pro Alloy rad, DS brace, HnT pad, front and rear tow hooks, CG lock, ORE double cup holder (caffeine for track); '86 911 Targa (sold); '68 MGB (being restored)
