Huge Thanks and Respect for DRS
I've never done a review for anything ever, not for restaurants, shops, businesses, nothing however with the help I got from Kris at DRS recently, i felt like I must share the experience.
So I was prepping my for a track day that's coming up this sat (9/23), after prepping everything, started up my car and the dash is done, dead! no readings, no rpms, no speed. I needed help quick, praying that it was just loose connections with the CAN wires behind the dash, played with it and it wasn't it, tested many other things, all was good, simply put, it was confirmed that the dash was done for. I overnight an AIM MSX Strada dash and only had Wed as a free day to get it installed. Contacted Kris knowing his shop is booked with other projects but to my surprise, he was willing to squeeze me in given the circumstances and told me to bring it in early.
I was already so appreciative at that point but once I got to the shop, being appreciative is pretty much an understatement. I was thinking maybe he'll have one of the techs do the work but no, Kris himself found time to take on the work himself, his attention to detail is amazing, working on it as if it was his own car. He ran into problems but unlike others where they would tell me I would have to leave the car, he kept pushing along trying to figure everything out for me. DRS closes at 5, his employees are gone and he is still there helping me all the way till it was completed almost a few hours passed when he should of closed. Again, appreciative is an understatement.
Kris, if you see this, I can't thank you enough man!
