Do you happen to have a carfax report showing that it is salvage from theft? or is there any document that proves the salvage title is from theft and not from an accident? I am very interested. Thank you

Update. The stock rear panel i received from another member didn't fit. The upper holes for installation are in a different position. It can be use but the bolts that sticks out from the rear panel has to be moved to match the ones in the car.

For the people in California that were asking if it would pass smog. I drove the car to work this morning so i can have it smogged after work. Started right away with no issues and just passed smog.

*Update* Went to the CA DMV this morning for VIN verification and that is now completed. Brake and light inspection is the only thing left for anyone in California. Front left turn signal is not flashing. Might be just a simple fix, but i don't have time to work on it so who ever buys it will need to take care of that before going to the brake and light inspection office.

Brake and light inspection was done this morning. Everything needed to be registered in California is done. Smog test, brake and light inspection, and VIN verification. All it needs is a new owner.

Please read above comments, financing is not an option. Also for people who is asking if the car can make across the country, i don't think it should be a problem. Tires with more thread in them has been installed replacing the C51 competition tires it had in the rear so it can be driven in rain if needed.

Wow...how has this not been snagged already?

I already have an Elise, have no use for another one, and I'm *still* tempted.

This is a great looking car for a very good price. If i didn't already have its twin, i would buy it!

For those looking to finance, check out JJ Best Banc (as their website says, "not a real bank" haha) I have used them for short term financing in the past and it has been super quick and easy, check via fed ex the next day. I don't THINK they have an issue with a salvage title either.... i've bought cars using them with NO title.

Thank you for the info. I am really surprise it hasn't sold either since i thought it was a great price. $20K As Is. The extra discount should help for the people on the east coast who will need to get it shipped.
