His newest addition is blue and is hidden in the background of one of the pictures. Bonus points to anyone who finds it
Looks like the new Ford GT pretty awesome to have next to the 2005 he has

ding ding! I'll have to do a big photolog/writeup for the garage-mahal section of the forums. It's a pretty envious garage he's filled up.

Update on my car though: It's having a service done at the local Porsche store. They also own a Lotus store in Nashville or are partnered with them or whatever and have been using their checklists, etc. Compression is good, spark plugs have been replaced, serpentine belt is being replaced, and a few other little checks. I'm currently in talks with someone who's messaged me on here and if for whatever reason that doesn't work out I'll start replying to the others.

Hi,
Would you like to trade my 1971 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1300 Super with your Elise?

Regard,

Oh man that's freaking awesome... I don't know what the scenario would need to be in order for me to take you up on a trade of some sort but the scenario now is that I don't have time to really drive my car, I've just bought a new house, and the $30k-ish cash in the bank would be better for me than another awesome car that I probably won't get to drive much.

That said, holy cow that's an awesome looking Alfa.

Update: Car will be finished hopefully today getting checked over. Will get a clean bill of health to alleviate anyone's concerns about the condition of the moving bits. Still talking to a guy on here who kind of had first dibs and will post an update and send out a few PMs if that falls through for whatever reason.

I still can't get over how much I enjoy this car! Thanks rwbronco, you took great care of it!

Its in a PPF shop now getting the old sharshield removed and replaced with xpel, so I am jonesing right now because I can't drive it for a few weeks until its done.

Shipping the car was kind of a big headache. I ended up going with a broker, Corsia Logistics, who was able to contract Virginia Transportation Corp which is who actually shipped the car. They were great, I wish I could have cut out the middle man and just chose them directly though.

A note about brokers if youre looking, they are literally all the same (aside from maybe customer service). They all use the same "board" to post jobs for actual shipping companies to pick up. Corsia was a little pricey compared to others like Montway, but I wanted to make sure the job was grabbed as the route it needed to go was not a heavily travelled route and I am sure the job they posted was most appealing compensation wise to a shipping company than some of the lowballing companies like Montway (could be wrong though, I really have no idea).

I tried to get a quote from some of the recommended shippers on this forums like horseless carriage, but all of my attempts were shot down with a "sorry we dont do that route" email. I also had the job posted on uship and after talking with a bunch of companies (all brokers) I was kind of disgusted at how grimey the car shipping business is. I'm sure glad thats over!
