Clutch for Street class?

So it may be time to replace the clutch on my 2005 Elise. I want to stay in street class. The rule says:

Alternate components which are normally expendable and considered re- placement parts (e.g., engine and wheel bearings, seals, gaskets, filters, belts, bolts, bulbs, batteries, brake rotors, clutch discs, pressure plates, suspension bushings, drivetrain mounts, fenders, trim pieces, fuel filler caps, etc.) may
be used provided they are essentially identical to the standard parts (e.g.,
have the same type, size, hardness, weight, material, etc.), are used in the
same location, and provide no performance benefit.

What clutch kit meets this requirement? I would like to get the ACT HD/SS REPLACEMENT CLUTCH KIT if it is legal. Thoughts?

What they are referring to is that you cannot install a diaphragm that is considerably lighter than stock. I believe that the ACT diaphragm weights about the same if not more than the OEM unit. Also, unless you are running at the national level, you will most likely never be protested on a diaphragm replacement. Now, replacing the flywheel would be a different story.
