Sorry just saw this... I used a gorilla glue instant gel because I didn’t want to wait all night...

dogtag114 Well, that took longer than expected...

Surprisingly, the tabs coming down from the panel that slide into the door are not part of the panel, but glued to the panel... all three of mine were unglued. I re-glued them and reassembled... fingers crossed.

lotusquacious You have a warranty. Have your dealer do it.

agentdr8 Don't know if you've seen this or if it's useful, but DeRoure (and other Lotus parts sites) has lots of parts diagrams which may help when disassembling stuff.

dogtag114 Thanks but I’m still not clear and don’t want to force the wrong thing... can you describe off this picture or even mark it up?

Door tip: the door handle cover was removed by prying between the leather-coated cover and the hard plastic handle with the trim tools. I started at the point and worked up to the top before working the lower portion off. The clips in the doors look similar to the non-Lotus thumbnail pic below. I didn’t take a pic of the clips so I found this pic online. Apply pressure to the trim straight towards with the trim tool crowbar to get them out of the holes.
There are 2 bolts behind the storage bin, 2 large silver bolts behind the door handle, and 1 bolt on the top leading edge of the door. Don’t forget the 4 plastic rivets under the door as well. Work the crowbar trim tool under each and pull hard. I couldn’t get the inside piece pulled out so I yanked the whole plunger-type fastener at once then used a small Allen to push out the plunger before re-installing.

Evora 400 Door Panel Removal?

I found a nice write up on the S panel removal, but not the 400.

Is there on out there? If someone can tell me where to start, I'd gladly make a DIY to post. I can not find that initial thing to pop off to access screws.

My passenger side panel is loose by an inch or so, so I assume it needs re-seating.
