Frank Amoroso A Saturday bump for tomorrow evening's screening with some gratuitous racing goodness from the making of the film:

Frank Amoroso Forgot to mention that National Geographic "gets it..."

National Geographic Ranks Le Mans As World's Greatest Sporting Event

I've been twice. It's the greatest spectacle in racing, well, save for perhaps the Party Zone at the 12 Hours of Sebring.

Le Mans screening, Northern Colorado 2/26

Greetings all,

I am on the board of The Phoenix Garage, a non-profit foundation in Fort Collins that mentors at risk youth in the Poudre Valley School District.

The Foundation is having a fundraiser at 6p on 2/26 at the AMC Cinema Saver 6 in Fort Collins by screening the standard by which all racing movies are judged...

Le Mans.

The Phoenix Garage and Steve McQueen will take you for a drive in the
country. The country is France. The year is 1970. The drive is at 200
MPH!

For the first time on the BIG screen in Colorado in over forty years and for the first time in HD on the BIG screnn in... maybe... ever?

Full details here: PG Movie Night

Either way, please pass the word along to like minded gearheads that may be interested. Great movie. Great cause. What's not to like!

700th post btw.
