Question on CARFAX

Ist let me start by saying hi to the group. I am new to the group but have been reading the post to learn more about the car and eventually be comfortable enough to pull the trigger on one of this fabulous piece of machinery.

Upon doing a CARFAX on a unit (SCCPC11186HL30769)

CARFAX Vehicle History Report on SCCPC11186HL30769

It showed entries up to the point where current owner bought the car which was late 2008 at 17k miles and then no stopped.. No registration, renewal, nothing . Now the car is being sold at 49k miles..

A search using Lic number did not show anything either but he did scan and showed me his current registration.

Question. Is this something I need to be concern about?
