Lotustalk_lacy Thanks Ron. Finally found help. I have a few questions.

1. Is your single 11" placed in the center, under the spine?

2. Can your single 11" hold the temp in a traffic jam? ?n what ambient temp?

3. Which part of the cage do you have to cut? Is it the end towards the front of the car because the clam slopes narrows.

4. How much more clearance do you still have at the center of the motor?

5. Can you take a pic with your cellphone and share so I know how much clearance from the side you still have.

Thanks alot!

It works very well, pulls the temp down 15 degrees in less than 10 minutes at idle, don't think a dual fan system would do any better.

Lotustalk_lacy Because I want to it to be optimal for track use - the fans only block airflow at high speed. Thus I only need 1x fan to hold the temp for road use, in a traffic jam.

Not sure why you say the dual system is better, but I know the single 11" puller on top works very well.

oldmansan Two pullers are better. I use 2 SPAL VA07-AP12/C-58 12V.

Current Setup: Exige S
AC & Pro Alloy 3pass & Sector111 Dual top mount fan

Fan is SPAL VA07-AP7/C-31A measuring
Depth (Motor) - 2.011811 Inch
Depth (Fan Wall) - 1.10236 Inch
Diameter - 9.68504 Inch

I plan put to bigger fan in under the center Spine. Can someone please advise with AC and Pro Alloy, what is the single strongest fan I can put in.

I looked at SPAL web and I guess I could squeeze in a 11-12" diameter, ~3.7" depth (motor) fan.
