Got it!

Atwell,
Thanks much for the memory jog, found it, now I can plumb into the new Vac system.
You would think after 24 years with this car, I would remember where everything is.
Regards
Jeff

carbuff Jeff,

Did you need to know where the vacuum comes from on cars WITH the OEM belt-driven pump?

If so, that is at a "Y" connection above the RH gas tank. (On the thin, hard plastic lines) One plastic line goes down to the engine bay and the OEM pump, one to towards the front for the HVAC controls, and another rearward to the various engine control devices.

HVAC Vac line

Hi all,
Searched all my documents, but can't find where the line from the HVAC vac joins to the main vac line from the pump. I have installed an electric vac pump for the brakes, and need to finish up by installing a tee to the HVAC system, but can't find where to join it in.
Thanks
Jeff
