I started to do that but then realized I was only doing the front of the car and that defeated the purpose of the jackpoint stands. So I found by lifting with my new long nose low profile jack that at the front lift spot the car went up quick and I wrapped the jack with the jackpoint stand and I was done. Easy peesie.

Lifting at the aft required the car to be considerable higher to fit the jackpoint stand (or any other) under the front of the car.

I like the front on the jackpoint stands as they are very sturdy. The car doesn't move. I was afraid to use my other jack stands, especially lifting one side at a time.

Well, I feel better about taking off the bumper, clamshell, and A-Panels. Once my pieces are painted, I'll painfully re-assemble. I also had the windshield wiper motor replaced. Checked the radiator. resurfacing the headlamps, and changing the HID bulbs.
My next project is I bought a new Pioneer head unit AVIC-W8500NEX to replace the dated unit.

XHILR8N! Just wait ‘till you use them. It becomes even more clear that these cars are designed by people like us who use their cars and service them too.

chrislynn5 well then I stand corrected. Some of the pics I've seen under Evora's are flat without the raise, rib plate. I wasn't expecting to see them so setup and nice.

Thanx.

XHILR8N! Best jackstand mounts of any car I have seen. Smart of them. And so nice it would be easy to miss them while expecting to see the cheap useless places most cars have.

Mobius97 Normal, everyone has them unless they peeled off. I have the same jack point stickers on my Elise as well.

MrMaru those are not different. those are the same on all Evora's.

MLC Mine are exactly the same.

Jack Points on my Evora look different

I've been reading a lot of posts regarding jack points on the Evora.
Has anyone seen theirs look like mine? I haven't found pictures of another.
Maybe the dealer did this to better lift?

There is a nicely identified blue circle sticker with an arrow pointing to what appears mounted jack points.

Any down sides, better?

Thanx.
