Up for sale is my dad's 05' Elise he used as a track car for around 15 or so track days. He bought the car in 06' and Jim Clayton (Long time member here) built it for us.
long story short is he got out of tracking for the last 6 years where the car sat in storage. Bunch of other projects had taken up most of our time but he recently took it out of storage
and its all cleaned up and was sent to a local shop for a run through and new fluids. This is a solid built very fast car that I personally ran 2:24's with at Sebring. It could pretty easily be turned back to stock if someone desired obviously because we never put a cage in. Here's the list of upgrades.
BOE Rev 300 Supercharger, Forged Pistons, Valves, Springs, Fuel pump, BOE tune
Headers, DECat, Arqray Exhaust, Steering wheel hub with removable wheel. (No stock steering wheel with Airbag)
Moroso Oil pan, Stainless brake lines, Floating Rotors from BOE, Micro mirror, Bollock shift knob
Nitron Coilovers, 2 sets of wheels which will probably need new tires, Exige style and a set of SSR with worn slicks.
A/C is intact, Seats were re-foamed on the bottom, New door pulls, and new rear plastic behind the seats for the rear speakers.

The bad.. Car has no ignition and keys. It has a switch now and push button start. The kit can be purchased from lotus if you want it keyed
But we still have the key to manually lock the door, (No alarm)
The rear hatch hinges were removed in favor of wing nuts for the track for complete removal to work on the motor. Old one flew off when towing the car :(
Again could go back to stock
Odometer works, Reads 5000 miles but the car has 15000 miles. I believe this happened from one of the earlier ECU tunes.

Asking 42K or best offer.
I'll have more pictures soon. Car is in Ft. Myers FL. Clean title in hand. 2 owners we have had it since 06'

Sorry, Been trying to squeeze in getting this done with work as well. So I have the soft top, Good shape just needs a bath. Also found the stock steering wheel and airbag.
Here's a few more pics. The other wheels are dirty but plastidip'd aluminum silver SSR wheels. Really hard to find.

Hey guys, the car is back on market the previous buyer changed his mind so I refunded his deposit before he flew down. There are a couple small chips and a little crack near the rear tail light. I am an honest guy and I want to be up front with everything to do with the car.
I have receipts for around 14k in modification to the car so I still think it’s a bargain even with a few blemishes. Is it a show car I would say no. Not without some small repairs

There is no way in hell I would have refunded a deposit in this market.
