Hello Everyone,

My front right indicator just went out and my inspection sticker lapsed at the end on June.

Can anyone help walk me through how to get in there to chain out the bulb? Thanks for the help in advance.

When the tab does break, the bungee cord fix is not only cheaper than buying a new lens, but makes it a snap to change bulbs in the future. I wouldn't go so far as to say that they should have used bungy cords from the factory, but the fix is definitely a win.

It wouldn't be a good idea to install a new lens without first checking to make sure that the lens retainer is not touching the top of the crash structure. If it is touching, the top of the crash structure will need to be ground down a bit to clear the retainer or it will surely break again.

Well a rather large pickup truck backed over my hood recently, center punching the turn indicator.
I now have easy access to the lamp.

There is probably a better way...
