Jim Clayton sell this...
kmt63 is putting together some kits. His will have button-head studs, however. I assume he will put up a post when they are ready.
im building and shipping kits this weekend.i think i have around 15 kits here.with most of them sold.im building everything i have and shipping monday.jim has a sample of my fastener to make his washers.so i should have those too in about a week.so once these are shipped i will be restocking most likely monday as well.

hkfever sorry i had that all wrong.on an elise there is just one screw that holds the access panel on.one for each panel.it threads into a post.so you cant use a 1/4 turn for them.on your exige you can buy a kit for it.there was one in the marketplace here a few weeks back.
I need a clarification. Can I use the 1/4 turn kit on my 2005 Elise? If not don't process my order. I'll await your response. David
the above posts where for the access panels.the painted parts on the front clam you remove to get to the fuse box.the kits im selling are for the rear under tray and diffuser.so yes it will work on your car as well as all elise/exige.

What's involved in the instalation of these? The panel to panel should be easy, what about the panel to body under the rockers? Do we have to drill out the existing threads? or is this instal reversable?

Can you enlighten me as to how they're installed?

Thanks
there is also clip nuts for the 6 fasteners under the shear panel.3 each side.you have to unbolt the shear panel near the sides.so you can pull it down enough to slide the old clips out.then install the 1/4 turn clips.look for a full install thread here in a few days.i need to find time this week to get it done.i have a bunch of kits sent out.so i have to follow up with some install directions.the kit is fully reversable too.

It's great to hear this mod is available again. It's saved me enormous time and effort over the last two years. And while it is fully reversible... I doubt that anyone has ever reversed it... :D
